What is your return policy?
At Twenty-Two Boutique, we hope that you absolutely love all of your items from our store. Although, we do understand that sometimes you may need to return an item(s).
Purchases made online are eligible for return if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order.
Returns can be redeemed for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be returned in perfect condition. Items returned without tags, worn, with makeup / deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette or smoke smells, snags, tears, or any type of stain will not be accepted.
For personal hygiene reasons and to protect of our customers, we do not accept returns on items such as body suits, swimwear, leggings, etc.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
No return authorization is needed, simply choose between USPS, UPS, or FedEx and ship your return item to:

Include the packing slip with your return. This slip will have all personal information and your order number. Please neatly package your items in some sort of paper or plastic to ensure item does not get damaged during shipping.
Once we have received your returned item(s), please allow for up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Once the return has been fully processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Unfortunately, sometimes items can be damaged during shipping. Any items received that are damaged must be reported within two days of receiving your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a short description of the damage, as well as photos of the damaged product or packaging.
Please note that we strive to provide customers with the most accurate information about all of our products, although slight color variations of merchandise can vary depending on computer resolution, brightness, and lighting. This does not qualify the item as damaged.
